Chanel T. White focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, appellate practice, administrative compliance and licensing, corporate organization, not-for-profit formation, estate and trusts, and real property disputes. She has also assisted local not-for-profit organizations with corporate formation, tax exemption application processes and compliance.

Ms. White received her Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. As a law student she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team competing in trial competitions throughout the State. While earning her degree she was also employed as a law clerk to Mr. Knoer. She is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Ms. White is a founding board member and Secretary of the Transplant Miracles Foundation.  She has served as co-chair of the organization’s annual fundraiser for several years.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association. Ms. White is participates in the BAEC Appellate Practice Committee and is a member of the Surrogate’s Practice and Procedure Committee, and Environmental Law Committee. Ms. White is also a participant in the Volunteer Lawyers Program.
