Alice J. Cunningham is an Associate Attorney with The Knoer Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on environmental issues.

Ms. Cunningham attended Roger Williams University School of Law in Rhode Island. In law school, Ms. Cunningham worked as a Student Attorney for the Immigration Law, Education & Advocacy Project (ILEAP) of Catholic Social Services in Massachusetts. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work as a Student Attorney in the Roger Williams University Immigration Clinic. Ms. Cunningham also received the Association of Corporate Counsel, Northeast Chapter Law Student Ethics Award in 2014. Ms. Cunningham graduated cum laude from SUNY at Buffalo State College received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater. Ms. Cunningham also studied Spanish at the AIP Language Institute in Valencia, Spain, receiving a Certificate for International Spanish Level B1+.

Ms. Cunningham is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association of Western New York. She is admitted to practice in New York as well as in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
